...is that of the demon who was defeated by the Six Armors, the Tech Demon Beiorg.

He he he. You seem confused.

The original name of this demon was simply, "Beiorg."

This region and the castle within it were both named after the demon himself.

The Six Armors also seem to have had a different name once.

However, Beiorg was very moved by the functions of the Six Armors when he came across them...

...and decided to name them after himself for some reason.

Though personally, I cannot comprehend the emotions he felt.
